七、表演项目（各队或个人可以从以下各套中任选，但不超过两套）

VII. Performance Events (teams or individuals could chose not more than 2 forms from these following categories)

（一）导引养生功类：除比赛项目外的所有导引养生功功法。

i. Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Category: all forms except competition events.

（二）养生太极类：除比赛项目外的所有养生太极套路。

ii. Health Promotion Taiji Category: all forms except competition events.

（三）健身气功类：除比赛项目外的所有健身气功功法。

iii. Health Qigong Category: all forms except competition events.

（四）自编项目（根据养生主题，选取导引养生功法和健身气功中的动作串编而成，时间4分钟左右）

iv. Self-composition Events (forms composed from movements in Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong and Health Qigong according to a special health promotion topic, for about 4 minutes. )

八、报名要求

VIII. Requirements of Enrolment

（一）国内及海外各国家、地区导引养生功、健身气功有关团体和个人均可报名参加。

i. All Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong and Health Qigong related teams and individuals from China and other regions of the world can enrol.

（二）参加比赛代表团可报团长1人，教练1人，参赛队员人数不限。

ii. Each team could enrol one team leader and one coach, the number of team athletes is limitless.

（三）要求身体健康者。

iii. Participants should be healthy.

参赛人员年龄、健康状况均以报名表上盖章或签字后确认。参赛人员应评估和确认自己的健康状况不会出现意外，因健康状况而引发的伤病等意外，均由各代表队和个人负责。

Age and health condition of participants should be affirmed through signature or seal on the enrolment paper. Participants should evaluate and affirm the health condition. Any injuries or accidents caused by health conditions shall be the responsibility of each team and individual.

（四）参加比赛人员需自行办理人身意外伤害保险，并签署《米乐官方网站登录入口第十六届国际导引养生功比赛责任声明书》。

iv. Participants are required to apply for personal accident insurance and sign the Declaration of Responsibility for the 16th International Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Competition of Beijing Sport University.

九、竞赛办法

IX. Competition Methods

（一）比赛设集体赛和个人赛

i. This competition involves group competition and individual competition.

（二）集体赛不分年龄、性别，每队报名人数不得少于4人（上场队员每少一人，扣除该队该项场上得分0.5分），报名项目不得超过3项。参赛队型自定，服装须符合项目特点。

ii. There is no limit of age and gender for group competition. Each team should be no less than 4 athletes (for each athlete missing from the field, 0.5 points will be decreased from the team’s score), and enrol no more than 3 events. There is no requirement for the competition formation, and the clothing should be in line with the event.

（三）个人赛按性别、年龄分甲乙两组。甲组50岁（含）以上，乙组49岁（含）以下。其他类少儿八段锦项目个人赛按性别、年龄分甲乙两组，甲组8-11岁组和乙组12-14岁组。每人最多可报所有比赛项目中的3项。

iii. Individual competition could be divided into A and B group according to gender and age. Group A include members of 50 years old and above, and Group B include members of 49 years old and below. According to the age and gender, participants of Children Ba Duan Jin Individual Competition could be divided into Group A (8-11 years old), and Group B (12-14 years old). Each participant could enrol no more than 3 events.

（四）抽签由编排记录组在仲裁委员会监督下完成。参赛队(队员)按秩序册顺序比赛。

iv. The process of drawing lots will be conducted by composition record group under the supervision of arbitration committee. Team members compete according to the order book.

（五）导引养生功类、养生太极类、其他类以及表演项目（不包括表演项目中健身气功类）评判采用《中华导引养生功教练员、裁判员手册》；健身气功类（包括表演项目）评判采用国家体育总局健身气功管理中心2021年最新修订的《健身气功竞赛规则》。

v. The judgement of Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong categories, Health Promotion Taiji categories, Other Categories, and performance categories should be in accordance with Handbook for coaches and referees of Chinese Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong; judgement of Health Qigong categories should be in accordance with the latest version of Health Qigong Competition Rule, which revised by Health Qigong Administration Center, General Administration of Sport of China in 2021.

（六）比赛音乐，导引养生功和养生太极类比赛采用2008年12月米乐官方网站登录入口出版发行的张广德《导引养生功系列伴奏音乐》和《养生太极系列伴奏音乐》；健身气功类比赛采用国家体育总局健身气功管理中心制作的比赛音乐；其他类比赛项目采用原伴奏音乐。

vi. For competition music, participants of Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong categories and Health Promotion Taiji categories should use Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Music Accompaniment and Health Promotion Taiji Music Accompaniment which were published by Beijing Sport University in December 2008; participants of Health Qigong categories should use music produced by Health Qigong Administration Center, General Administration of Sport of China; participants of Other categories should use original music accompaniment.

（七）参加表演项目的办法与竞赛办法相同，音乐全部采用大会统一提供的“健身气功主题曲”，时间6分12秒。自编表演项目自备音乐，时间不超过4分钟。

vii. Similar to competition events, performance events would use music provided by congress——Health Qigong Theme Tune, which lasts for 6 minutes 12 seconds. Self-composition performance event should prepare music by participants, the music should not longer than 4 minutes.

仲裁委员会由米乐官方网站登录入口选派。

Arbitration Committee members would be chosen by Beijing Sport University.

十一、录取名次及奖励办法

XI. Rank and Award

（一）竞赛类

i. Competition Categories

1、集体赛：按各项目比赛成绩录取颁奖，按参赛队数的40%颁发金奖，40%颁发银奖，20%颁发铜奖，并向个人颁发证书。

1. Group Competition: According to the results of competition, 40% of teams would award the gold prize, 40% of teams would award silver prize, and 20% of teams would award bronze prize, and certificate would be given to individual.

2、个人赛：按各项目比赛成绩分别取参赛人数的40%为金奖，40%为银奖，20%为铜奖，并向个人颁发证书。

2. Individual Competition: According to the results of competition, 40% of participants would award the gold prize, 40% would award silver prize, and 20% would award bronze prize, and certificate would be given to individual.

（二）表演类

ii. Performance Categories

凡参加健身气功、导引养生功、养生太极和自编项目表演的集体和个人，分别颁发集体优秀表演奖证书和个人优秀表演奖证书。

Groups and individuals that participant Health Qigong, Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong, Health Promotion Taiji, and Self-composition events would award excellent performance prize certificate and individual excellent performance prize certificate separately.

（三）大会将评选出优秀裁判员、运动员、代表队，颁发体育道德风尚奖证书。

iii. Excellent referee, athlete, team would be given “Sportsmanship Award”.

（四）大会将评选出“童星奖”、“寿星奖”、“最佳协会奖”，并分别颁发证书。

iv. “Child Star”, “Longevity Star”, and “Best Association” would award separately.

十二、报名、报到办法

XII. Enrolment and registration

（一）报名截止日期：2024年6月30日。将报名表发送至邮箱：dyysg@bsu.edu.cn。

i. Deadline of Enrolment: June 30th, 2024 Enrolment paper should be sent to: dyysg@bsu.edu.cn.

（二）报到时间：培训班报到日期2024年7月25日；

ii. Time of registration: Training camp participants should register on July 25th, 2024;

比赛报到日期2024年7月26日。

Competition participants should register on July 26th, 2024;

（三）报到地点：米乐官方网站登录入口导引养生中心

十三、重要事项安排

XIII. Other Important matters

（一）培训日期：2024年7月26日。

i. Training date: July 26th, 2024.

（二）培训班内容：健身气功·八段锦。

ii. Content of training: Health Qigong · Ba Duan Jin.

（三）2024年7月26日晚8:00，召开领队会议。

iii. The team leader meeting would be held on 20:00 (Beijing Time, GMT+8) July 26th 2024.

（四）比赛时间为2024年7月27-28日。

iv. Competition time: July 27-28th, 2024.

（五）离会日期：2024年7月29日。

十四、收费标准及办法

XIV. Fee

（一）大会报名费：参赛每人100元人民币（本校学生免除）。

i. Congress Fee: 100 RMB for each participant (students at BSU are exempt from the fee)

（二）比赛报名费：集体项目每人每项80元人民币，个人项目每人每项120元人民币。

ii. Competition Enrolment Fee: 80 RMB per person per event for group competition, 120 RMB per person per item for individual competition.

（三）表演报名费：集体项目每人每项60元人民币，个人项目每人每项100元人民币。

iii. Performance Enrolment Fee: 60 RMB per person per event for group performance, 100 RMB per person per event for individual performance.

（四）培训费：400元人民币/人/天。

iv. Training Fee: 400RMB per person per day.

（五）付款方式：按人民币结算。

v. Payment: payment would be settled in RMB.

十五、赞助事宜

XV. Sponsorship

大会欢迎赞助，并提供冠名，凡向大会赞助20万元以上者，可获冠名；凡向大会赞助10000元人民币以上者，请在报名表中注明，便于在大会秩序册中公布赞助者或单位名单，组委会也将对赞助者或单位颁发荣誉证书。

We welcome sponsorship, and will provide title. Any institution sponsors over 200,000 RMB could get the title; anyone who sponsors more than 10,000 RMB should indicate this in the enrolment paper to facilitate the announcement of the list of sponsors or units in the order book. Our committee will also issue honorary certificates to the sponsors or units.
